I'm used to reading stories on paper. What makes the digital version so special?
First, digital content is much more affordable for our readers: Because we do not have to physically print and mail the magazine, we can make stories available to you at a fraction of the price that we charged for a print subscription, whether you live in California or Croatia.
Second, digital has an advantage that print does not: It allow us to incorporate video and audio coverage. When our magazine was paper, we had to rely on words and static photos to describe a dog to you, or to share an interview with a special Molosser person. Now you can experience these sights and sounds for yourself, almost as if you are there alongside us. We have to say that this immediacy and fluidity is one of the most exciting things about publishing our content digitally.
